We proudly announce the preview opening of the “Takumi Hachi Japanese Dining Experience” on September 22 along bustling Belt Line Road in Addison, DallasTX.
During this preview period, we will operate with a limited number of reserved parties per day, offering guests an intimate and authentic taste of Japanese “omotenashi” hospitality.
At the center of the restaurant stands a tempura counter, where our tempura chef will prepare seasonal ingredients one by one right before your eyes, serving each piece at its absolute peak.
At our table seating, guests can enjoy a wide range of authentic Japanese dishes, including:
- Edo-style nigiri sushi, Kansai-style pressed sushi, and American-style sushi rolls
- Charcoal-grilled A5 Wagyu beef and marinated fish from therobata grill
- Assorted tempura and kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers)
- Seasonal rice cooked in traditional clay pots
To complement the cuisine, we also offer original signature cocktails, a carefully curated selection of premium sake served in Japanese style, and wines thoughtfully chosen by our sommelier to pair with Japanese flavors.

2025年9月18日 – 当社は、テキサス州ダラス・アジソンのベルトラインロード沿いに、9月22日より「匠八 ジャパニーズダイニングエクスペリエンス」をプレビューオープンいたします。
今回のプレビューオープンでは、1日限定組み数のご予約制とし、日本流のおもてなし（おもてなしの心）をじっくりとご体験いただける特別営業を行います。
店内中央には天ぷらカウンターを設け、天ぷら職人が旬の食材を一品ずつ目の前で揚げ、最も美味しい瞬間にご提供いたします。
テーブル席では、以下のような多彩な日本料理をご用意しております：
- 江戸前の握り寿司、上方の押し寿司、アメリカンロール寿司
- 炭火炉端で焼き上げるA5和牛や魚の幽庵焼き
- 天ぷらや串揚げの盛り合わせ
- 土鍋で炊き上げる季節のご飯
さらに、匠八オリジナルカクテルや厳選した日本酒を日本流のスタイルでご提供するほか、日本料理に合わせてセレクトしたワインも豊富に取り揃えております。
